Acceptance of Terms

1. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vastu Shakti Rahasya website and the booking of consultations and services through it.
2. By ticking “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, including that the consultation payment is non-refundable.
3. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place a booking.

Our Services

1. We offer Vastu consultations (home, office, retail and virtual), Vedic astrology and numerology readings, Vastu rituals, and a store of gemstones, yantras and related artifacts.
2. Service details, availability and slots are shown on the relevant pages and may change from time to time.

Booking & Payment

1. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay at the time of submission.
2. The charge is calculated from your property type (Flat or Commercial), BHK or built-up area, and the road distance between our Pune location and your property, as shown in the price summary before you pay.
3. To confirm a booking, 50% of the total charge is payable as an advance on the payment screen. The balance, if any, is settled as communicated in your booking confirmation.
4. The estimate shown at booking is final once payment is complete and will not be revised, including where an incorrect address or map pin was provided.

Refund Policy

1. All payments for a consultation booking are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and payment is successful.
2. This applies regardless of the reason, including change of mind, client unavailability at the scheduled time, incorrect details submitted by the client, or dissatisfaction with the slot.
3. No partial or prorated refund is issued if a consultation is cut short or missed because of the client’s absence.
4. If we cancel a confirmed consultation, section 10 applies instead.

Rescheduling

1. A confirmed booking may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the selected date and time, subject to slot availability.
2. Requests must be sent through our official contact channels below. Submitting a new booking does not change an existing slot.
3. Each booking may be rescheduled once. Further requests may not be accommodated.

Consultation Timing

1. Please be available and reachable at the date and time you selected.
2. A grace period of 10 minutes applies from the scheduled start. After that the appointment may be treated as missed, without refund.

Location & Address Accuracy

1. Distance-based pricing uses the pin, search result or current location you set on the map at the time of booking.
2. You are responsible for placing the pin accurately on your building or society and for giving the correct flat or house number and address.
3. Vastu Shakti Rahasya is not liable for pricing differences that arise from an incorrect pin or inaccurate address details.

Nature of Consultation

1. Our consultations and readings are advisory and are based on the property details, plans, photographs and information you share.
2. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or life change from following our recommendations.
3. Our advice is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or structural engineering advice. Decisions you make on the basis of a consultation are your own responsibility.

Store Purchases

1. Products in our store are described as accurately as we can. Price, availability and order details are shown on the product page, cart and at checkout.
2. Gemstones, yantras and similar items are offered as traditional remedies. Natural stones may vary slightly in colour, clarity and shape from the images shown.

Cancellation by Vastu Shakti Rahasya

1. If we have to cancel a confirmed consultation because of unavoidable circumstances, we will offer you either a rescheduled slot or a full refund of the amount paid, at our discretion.

Privacy & Your Information

1. We collect the personal details, property details and location you provide only to deliver your consultation, process payments and respond to you.
2. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
3. We keep your information confidential and do not sell it to third parties.

Fair Use

1. Reports, recommendations and other material we provide are for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell or publish them without our written permission.
2. We may decline or end a session if a client behaves abusively or provides false information.

Limitation of Liability

1. To the extent permitted by law, Vastu Shakti Rahasya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, services or recommendations.
2. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Governing Law

1. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes to These Terms

1. We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
2. Continued use of our booking service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
